摘　　要：鲁班工坊建设·体验馆是天津市唯一一座系统、集中展现鲁班工坊建设成果与感人事迹的场馆。当前,我们以党的二十大精神为指引,依托鲁班工坊建设·体验馆开展“课程思政+劳动教育”的尝试,打造出一支学生讲解员劳动实践团队、开展系列劳动教育实践,在深化党的二十大精神融入青年学生培育全过程的实践探索中取得一定成效。Lubanworkshop construction and experience museum is the only venue in Tianjin that systematically and centrally displays the achievements and touching stories of Lubanworkshop construction.At present,guided by the spirit of the 20th CPC national congress,we rely on the Lubanworkshop construction and experience museum to carry out the attempt of"curriculum ideology and politics and labor education",create a student docent labor practice team,carry out a series of labor education practices,and achieve certain results in deepening the practical exploration of integrating the spirit of the 20th CPC national congress into the whole process of cultivating young students.
