人工智能高速发展背景下中职人才培养模式的创新研究

摘　　要：本文首先概述中职学校创新人才培养模式的重要价值,并指出目前中职学校在人才培养方面客观存在的一些问题。随后介绍了现阶段职业学校常用的人才培养新模式,并提出了营造良好的人才发展环境、健全人才培养机制、搭建创新创业能力培养平台等建议,为人工智能背景下中职人才培养模式的持续创新提供借鉴经验。This paper firstly summarizes the important value of innovative talent training mode in secondary vocational schools,and points out some objective problems in talent training in secondary vocational schools at present.Then,it introduces the new talent training model commonly used in vocational schools at the present stage,and puts forward suggestions such as creating a good talent development environment,perfecting the talent training mechanism,and building a platform for training innovation and entrepreneurship ability,which provides experience for the continuous innovation of secondary vocational talent training model under the background of artificial intelligence.
