摘　　要：近年来,校企协同育人取得了一定的成效,但仍存在实践内容与企业需求不匹配、校企目标不一致、校企不能深度合作等问题。创新教育背景下,通过构建工业设计专业校企合作人才培养策略,制定符合当代社会人才需求的实践培养机制,探讨校企合作培养结合点,对助力校企合作共赢具有重要意义,为高校工业设计专业校企合作人才培养提供依据。In recent years,the collaboration between universities and enterprises in educating students has achieved certain results.However,there are still urgent problems to be solved,such as the mismatch between the practical content and the demands of the enterprises,the inconsistent goals of universities and enterprises,and the inability of universities and enterprises to cooperate deeply.Against the background of innovative education,it is of great significance to explore the combination of university-enterprise cooperation in talent cultivation by constructing a collaborative talent cultivation strategy for industrial design majors,formulating practical training mechanisms that meet the needs of contemporary society,and discussing the points of collaboration between universities and enterprises to promote win-win cooperation,which provides a basis for talent cultivation in university-enterprise cooperation for industrial design majors.
