摘　　要：新时代来华留学教育发展取得重要成就,顶层设计更加完善,层次结果更加优化,政策法规更加完善,质量保障更加有力。同时,来华留学教育面临着复杂国际局势、新冠疫情的多重冲击,服务国家战略能力有待持续提升,受到自身竞争力不足的制约。在新征程上,来华留学教育高质量发展是建设教育强国的要求和体现。来华留学教育发展要坚持服务大局,坚持高质量发展,坚持改革创新,提升自身竞争力,强化来华留学教育品牌内涵和效应,提高服务国家战略能力。In the new era,significant achievements have been made in the development of international students education in China,which include more comprehensive top-level design,more optimized hierarchical results,including more comprehensive policies and regulations,and stronger quality assurance.Meanwhile,International students education in China is facing multiple impacts of the complex international situation and the COVID-19 pandemic,and its ability to serve the national strategy needs to be continuously improved and is constrained by its own lack of competitiveness.On the new journey,the high-quality development of international students education in China is a requirement and demonstration for building a powerful nation of education.The development of international students education in China should adhere to serving the national strategy,adhere to a high-quality development routine,continue to reform and innovate,enhance its competitiveness,enrich the connotation and influence of the brand of international education in China,and ultimately,improve its ability to serve the country’s development strategy.
