外向型中医人才培养模式下的大学英语改革

摘　　要：在中医药国际化发展时期,培养既有扎实专业知识又有对外交流能力的“外向型”中医药人才,成为中医院校迫切的需求。此文旨在研究中医院校英语现状,以外向型人才培养模式为指导,提出针对中医院校大学英语改革与创新的对策。通过改进中医英语的教学模式、提高临床应用能力、提升中西文化素养、加强教师队伍能力培养等措施,全面推动“外向型”国际化中医药人才的培养战略。In the international development period of traditional Chinese medicine,it is urgent to cultivate export-oriented traditional Chinese medicine talents with both solid professional knowledge and external communication ability.This paper aims to study the current situation of college English in colleges and universities of Chinese medicine.Guided by the mode of export-oriented talent cultivation,it put forward countermeasures for college English reform and innovation to comprehensively promote the cultivation strategy of export-oriented international traditional Chinese medicine talents.These measures are improving the teaching mode of traditional Chinese medicine English,improving clinical application ability,enhancing Chinese and western cultural literacy,strengthening the ability training of teachers.
