摘　　要：全球新型冠状病毒的蔓延给常规的肿瘤科住院医师规范化培训带来较大影响。此文通过临床教学实践总结了疫情防控常态化下如何提高规培工作质量的经验。在疫情防控常态化的新形势下,积极改善教学方式,采用数字化的新型教学模式有效地减少了人员聚集的风险,使规培医师在加强疫情防控的同时更加快速而全面地掌握专科知识。The global spread of the novel coronavirus has had a great impact on the standardized training of routine oncology residents.This article summarized the experience of how to improve the quality of training work under the normalization of epidemic prevention and control through clinical teaching practice.In the new situation where epidemic prevention and control is normalized,the teaching method is actively improved,and the new digital teaching mode is adopted to effectively reduce the risk of personnel gathering,so that the training doctors can master the specialized knowledge more quickly and comprehensively while strengthening epidemic prevention and control.
