摘 要:“互联网+”背景的驱动、大数据生态和现代信息技术手段的快速发展与融合创新,为高等继续教育高质量发展带来机遇,也使其面临着诸多问题。文章基于经济理性视角的“输入—过程—输出”模式和五大发展理念,从微观教学层面探讨高等继续教育高质量发展的评估体系。强调高等继续教育高质量发展必须以人为本,满足学习者的需求;面向市场,打造继续教育品牌;重塑教育质量观;制定高等学历继续教育教学标准;建设高质量的师资队伍;加强办学主体监管;推动高等继续教育信息化实践。Driven by the background of"Internet+",the rapid development and integration of big data ecolo-gy and modern information technology brings opportunities for high-quality development of higher continuing edu-cation,but higher continuing education also faces many problems.Based on the"Input-Process-Output"model and Five Concept of Development,this paper discusses the evaluation system of high-quality development of high-er continuing education from the micro-teaching level.It emphasizes that high-quality development of higher continuing education must be people-oriented that can meet needs of learners,and build brands of continuing edu-cation which are market-oriented.The concept of educational quality must be reshape.Formulating teaching standards for higher continuing education and building a high quality teaching staff can be helpful.In order to real-ize high-quality development of higher continuing education,it is necessary to strengthen the supervision to school running subject and promote the practice of information technology in higher Continuing education.
