摘 要:发展留学生教育是实现教育国际化的重要标志。随着中国经济的发展,来中国留学的学生持续增加,针对来华留学生的教学方法和管理模式提出的新的课题。教学绩效评价可操作性不强是医药卫生类院校教学管理领域(尤其是用英语授课的临床专业教学)的常见问题。课题组拟运用管理学中KPI的构建原理,结合德尔菲法、鱼骨图分析法和权值因子判断表法,制定《Diagnostics》教学绩效考评KPI指标,同时运用PDCA管理循环等方法,对教学远景目标和量化指标进行科学严格的考评,旨在增强教师责任意识、化解课程核心问题、提高教学效率、规范教学管理流程,从而促进《Diagnostics》教学绩效优化与战略目标的实现。The development of education for international students is an important symbol of the internationalization of education.With the development of China's economy,the number of foreign students in China continues to increase,which raise new issues for the teaching methods and management mode of foreign students in China.The poor operability of teaching performance evaluation is a common problem in the field of teaching management(especially clinical teaching taught in English).The research group plans to use the construction principle of KPI in management,combined with Delphi method,fishbone diagram analysis method and weight factor judgment table method to formulate KPI indicators for teaching performance evaluation of diagnostics,and use PDCA management cycle and other means to scientifically,and strictly evaluate the teaching vision objectives,and quantitative indicators.The purpose is to enhance teachers'sense of responsibility,resolve the core problems of the curriculum,improve teaching efficiency,and standardize teaching management process,so as to promote the optimization of teaching performance and the realization of strategic objectives of diagnostics.
