摘 要:独特的基本国情与历史传统决定了中国必须走符合自身特点的发展道路,中华优秀传统文化与中国特色管理实践是涵养中国管理理论的源头活水,将其中超越时空、跨越国度的普适价值予以阐发是中国管理学派的重要工作。本文基于企业、期刊、高校、学者等管理研究主体的历史成果与贡献,认为中国管理学派在新时代有着夯实学理基础、驱动理论发展、推进学以致用、加强互学互鉴的历史责任。在未来,中国管理学派更应坚持传统文化创造转化、三位一体管理观察、中文文法概念阐述、科技向善价值准则、经学考据研究方法与学思悟践立体传导,为构建具有中国特色、中国风格、中国气派的管理理论体系身体力行。The unique basic national conditions and historical traditions determine that China must develop in line with its own characteristics.Chinese excellent traditional culture and management practice with Chinese characteristics are the sources of Chinese management theory,and the interpretation of the universal values that transcend time,space and countries is an important task of Chinese management schools.Based on the historical achievements and contributions of management research subjects such as enterprises,journals,universities and scholars.This paper holds that the Chinese management schools,historically responsible of consolidating the academic foundation,driving the development of theories,promoting the application of learning and strengthening mutual learning in the new era,in the future should adhere to the creation and transformation of traditional culture,the trinity of management observation,Chinese discourse concept elaboration,good value criteria of science and technology,the method of classics textual research and the three-dimensional transmission of learning,thinking,practices,so as to build a management theory system with Chinese characteristics,Chinese style and Chinese manner.
