摘 要:乡村教师的立德树人观直接影响着教师的教育方式、教育内容和教育目标,从而影响培育乡村振兴所需人才的能力和质量。本研究采用半结构化访谈研究了乡村教师的立德树人观及影响因素。结果表明,乡村教师立德树人的培养目标多面向学生良好行为习惯、思想意识和意志力的培养;在行为方面,落实立德树人需要以身作则,全方位地对学生产生潜移默化的影响;在评价方面,立德树人工作成效应体现在学生的行为表现和未来发展上。对乡村教育中落实立德树人落实产生负面影响的因素主要有:家庭教育的缺位、网络不良风气的影响、教师对于政策解读不足、落实立德树人的资源有限等。应继续深化乡村教师对立德树人的认识,帮助乡村学校打通从理论到实践的全过程链路;同时,家庭、学校、社会需要共同努力形成教育合力,为落实立德树人根本任务营造良好环境。Rural teachers'view on moral education directly influences their educational approach,educational content and educational goals,thus affecting the ability and quality of cultivating the talents needed for rural revitalization.This study used semi-structured interviews to examine rural teachers'views on moral education and the factors influencing them.The results showed that rural teachers'moral cultivation goals were mostly oriented towards the cultivation of students'good behavioural habits,ideological awareness and willpower;in terms of behaviour,the implementation of moral cultivation required leading by example and exerting an all-round influence on students;in terms of evaluation,the effect of moral cultivation work was reflected in students'behavior performance and future development.The main factors that had a negative impact on the implementation of moral education in rural education were:the lack of family education,the influence of bad Internet culture,the lack of teachers'interpretation of policies and the limited resources for implementing moral education.In the future,emphasis should be placed on continuing to deepen rural teachers'understanding of policies and excellent cases related to moral education,and helping rural schools to open up the whole chain from theory to practice;at the same time,families,schools and society need to work together to form a synergy in education,so as to create a favourable environment for the implementation of the fundamental task of establishing moral education.
