“双减”政策背景下体育教育从业者面临的机遇与挑战

摘　　要：“双减”政策的实施为中小学体育教育事业蓬勃发展提供了难得的历史性机遇,开辟了广大中小学体育工作者施展才华、创造业绩的广阔舞台,对体育教育工作者提出了新的能力要求。该文运用逻辑分析法、比较分析法和政策分析法,分析了在“双减”政策背景下,体育教育从业者在体育教师、体育教练、体育培训创业三个就业方向面临的机遇,提出了体育教育从业者在体育教育观念转变中面临的挑战及国家、社会、学校、家庭对体育教育工作者提出的能力要求。体育教育从业者应把握时机,改进教学方式方法,提高自身教育能力,尽快适应当前社会发展形势,培养出能够适应“双减”政策背景的优秀人才,为落实“双减政策”,实现健康中国、体育强国、中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦贡献力量。The implementation of the"double reduction"policy has provided a rare historical opportunity for the vigorous development of physical education in primary and secondary schools,opened up a broad stage for the majority of primary and secondary school physical education workers to display their talents and create achievements,and put forward new ability requirements.Using the methods of logical analysis,comparative analysis and policy analysis,this paper analyzes the opportunities faced by physical education practitioners in the three employment directions of physical education teachers,sports coaches and physical training entrepreneurship under the background of the"double reduction"policy,and puts forward the challenges faced by physical education practitioners in the transformation of physical education concepts and theability requirements proposed by the state,society,schools and families for physical education workers.Physical education practitioners should seize the opportunity,improve teaching ways and methods,improve their own educational ability,adapt to the current social development situation as soon as possible,cultivate excellent talents who can adapt to the background of the"double reduction"policy,and contribute to the implementation of the"double reduction policy"and the realization of the Chinese dreams of a healthy China,a leading sporting nation and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
