基于结构方程模型的高校学生专业满意度研究

摘　　要：以某地区的10所高校800位学生为问卷调查样本,应用结构方程模型从学生自身主观因素以及高校客观因素多维度,研究影响高校学生专业满意度的主要因素。实验结果显示:相同专业内专科学生的专业满意度比本科学生高0.24,本科学生的专业满意度与年级增长呈负相关关系;不同专业学生的专业满意度整体最高的是哲学,最低的是理学,医学专业在教学条件的测评中满意度最低为2.53;各测评指标对高校学生专业满意度的影响在本、专科学生样本群中的顺序不同。Taking 800 students from 10 colleges in a region as the questionnaire sample,this paper studies the main factors affecting college students’professional satisfaction from the multi-dimensional of students’subjective factors and college objective factors by using structural equation model.The experiment results show that the professional satisfaction of college students in the same major is 0.24 higher than that of undergraduate students,and the professional satisfaction of undergraduate students is negatively correlated with the increase in grade.On the whole,the highest professional satisfaction of students of different majors is philosophy,while the lowest is science,and the lowest satisfaction of medical majors is 2.53 under the evaluation of teaching conditions.The influence of each evaluation index on college students’professional satisfaction is different in the sample groupof undergraduate and junior college students.
