摘 要:以师范类专业认证“学生中心、产出导向、持续改进”理念为引领,对照标准,审视滁州学院小学教育专业发展存在的问题,主要表现为“学生中心”理念体现不足、“产出导向”专业实践推动不力、“持续改进”质量保障机制不全。小学教育专业需要针对存在的问题,通过凸显“学生中心”的师范特色、强化“产出导向”的实践成效、推进“持续改进”的质量保障等方式进行专业改革,持续提升小学教育专业人才培养质量。The research analyzes the problems existing in the professional development of Primary Education Major in Chuzhou University,guided by the concept of"student-centered,output-oriented and continuous improvement"in professional certification of teachers.The problems are mainly manifested as insufficient embodiment of the concept of"student center",poor promotion of"output-oriented"professional practice,and incomplete quality assurance mechanism of"continuous improvement".In view of the existing problems,the Primary Education Major needs to carry out professional reform by highlighting the characteristics of"student center"in normal education,strengthening the practical effect of"output-oriented",and promoting the quality assurance of"continuous improvement",so as to continuously improve the quality of professional training in Primary Education Major.
