摘　　要：目的:介绍第53届国际食品添加剂法典委员会(CCFA)部分重点议题的最新进展,并与我国相关标准进行比较分析。方法:梳理第53届CCFA会议关于CCNFSDU委员会修订《较大婴儿和幼儿配方食品标准》(CXS 156-1987)对食品添加剂使用产生的影响、JECFA对食品添加剂的安全性评价结果、商品标准中食品添加剂使用规定和对应的GSFA食品类别中食品添加剂使用规定协调一致工作、GSFA食品类别与FOODEX2数据库对应的讨论稿等重点议题进展,与我国相关标准进行比较分析。结果:对比分析本届委员会对重点议题讨论的最新进展与我国相关标准的异同,对我国相关标准提出建议。结论:中国在CCFA委员会的影响力已不断提升,未来将继续深入本委员会各项工作。Objective:To introduce the latest progress of key issues of the 53rd Codex Committee on Food Additives(CCFA)and compare with the relevant standards in China.Method:Analyzation of the impact of the work of CCNFSDU Committee’s revision of CXS 156-1987 on the use of food additives,safety evaluation of food additives by JECFA,alignment of the food additive provisions in commodity standards with the corresponding GSFA food category regulations,progress on key issues such as discussion papers on mapping Food Categories of the GSFA to the FoodEx2 database,and comparative analysis of relevant Chinese standards.Results:The differences and similarities between the latest progress of the discussion on certain topics and the relevant standards in China were compared and analyzed,and suggestions were put forward for the relevant standards in China.Conclusion:China’s influence in the CCFA Committee has been increasing,and it will continue to deepen the work of the committee in the future.
