摘　　要：科研诚信教育是实施科教兴国战略和人才强国战略的迫切需要,是高校进行人才培养和学术研究的重要内容。文章从加强高校科研诚信教育的重要性出发,在剖析科研失信原因的基础上,构建了以教育部、科技部等部门发布的科研诚信建设方面的政策文件为引领,在高校学术委员会的统筹安排下,以高校学术规范委员会为中心的高校科研诚信教育体系,进行全方位、全程、多维度的科研诚信教育,提高科研诚信教育的实效性,整肃高校科研风气,净化学术氛围,促进科研诚信建设,营造高校良好的人才培养生态环境。Research integrity education is an urgent need to implement the strategy of revitalizing the country through science and education,and strengthening the country through talent development.It is an important content for universities to carry out talent cultivation and academic research.Starting from the importance of strengthening research integrity education in universities and analyzing the reasons for research dishonesty,the article constructs a comprehensive,and multi-dimensional research integrity education system led by policy documents on research integrity construction issued by departments such as the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Science and Technology,under the overall arrangement of the academic committee of universities,with the academic standardization committee of universities as the center,improve the effectiveness of research integrity education,clean up the research atmosphere in universities,purify the academic atmosphere,promote the construction of research integrity,and create a good ecological environment for talent cultivation in universities.
