摘  要:学习行为可以预测学业成绩并可以显著改善学习结果。针对西藏区内中学生数学学业成绩低而内地西藏班(校)学生成绩高这一事实,研究内地西藏班(校)学生数学学习行为特征并探索中学生学习行为与学业成绩的相关性,可为破解长期以来存在的民族理科难题提供新的视角。运用内地西藏班(校)学生数学学习行为自编问卷数据研究发现:学生的数学学习行为与学业成绩之间呈现显著的相关关系,且能在24.7%的水平上预测学生的学业成绩;内地西藏班(校)学生群体主要分为优秀学习者、良好学习者、波动学习者和困难学习者四类,学习动机、学习态度、学习自信心或学习策略等学习行为对学业成绩影响较大,可以成为预测学业成绩的关键指标。基于此,教师应主动摒弃传统观念,聚焦学习行为并围绕“三个转向”改革自己的教学:从教师教学行为转向学生学习行为、从外显学习行为转向内隐学习行为、从分类教学转向循类教学,从而通过影响学生学习行为来提高少数民族学生的学业成绩。Learning behavior can predict academic performance and can significantly improve learning outcomes.Considering the fact of mathematics academic performance of middle school students in TAR being low while the performance of students in Tibetan classes(schools)in the inland China being high,the study explores on the mathematics learning behavior characteristics of Tibetan classes(schools)students in inland China and explore the correlation between the learning behavior of middle school students and academic performance,which is expected to provide a new perspective for solving the long-term problems of science study for ethnic students.The article adopts questionnaire data of mathematics learning behavior of students in Tibetan class(school)in inland China and found:students showed a significant correlation between their math learning behavior and their academic performance,and they predicted their academic performance at the 24.7%level;students of Tibetan classes(schools)in inland China are mainly divided into four categories:excellent students,good students,fluctuating students and difficult students.Learning behaviors such as learning motivation,learning attitude,learning confidence or learning strategies have a great impact on their academic performance,and can become the key indicators predicting their academic performance.Based on this,teachers should take the initiative to abandon traditional concepts,focus on learning behavior and focusing on"three turns"to reform their teaching methods.Turning from teachers'teaching behavior to students'learning behavior,from explicit learning behavior to implicit learning behavior,and from classified teaching to class-based teaching,so as to improve the academic performance of ethnic students by influencing students'learning behavior.
