摘　　要：乡村振兴是中国当前的重大战略,也是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的战略性任务之一。地方高校是服务地方经济社会发展的重要力量,其继续教育承担了培养当地人才和提升当地人才素质的任务。从乡村振兴战略下地方高校继续教育的视角出发,以乡村振兴与地方高校继续教育的关系,地方高校继续教育服务乡村振兴现状、存在问题及其成因为分析点,并以商洛学院为个案,对乡村振兴战略下的地方高校继续教育如何顺应时代发展、创新教育模式与方法、走出一条适合自己的继续教育之路进行研究,进而提出高度契合乡村振兴的地方高校继续教育模式与方法创新,以发挥地方高校继续教育服务乡村振兴的最大效能,推进乡村振兴的进程,在一定程度上丰富了相关领域的研究。Rural revitalization is currently a major strategy in China and one of the strategic tasks of building a socialist modernized country in an all-round manner.Local universities are an important power in serving local economic and social development,and their continuing education undertakes the task of cultivating local talents and improving their quality.This article starts from the perspective of continuing education in local universities under the strategy of rural revitalization,analyzes the relationship between rural revitalization and continuing education in local universities,the current situation,existing problems,and causes of continuing education in local universities serving rural revitalization,and takes Shangluo University as a case study to explore how continuing education in local universities under the strategy of rural revitalization can adapt to the current development and innovate educational models and methods to explore a suitable path for continuing education and propose innovative models and methods of continuing education in local universities that are highly compatible with rural revitalization,in order to maximize the effectiveness of continuing education in serving rural revitalization and promote the process of rural revitalization and to enrich the research in related fields to some extent.
