混合式教学助推高等学历继续教育改革

摘　　要：高等学历继续教育是我国国民教育体系的重要组成部分,为学习型社会、学习型大国建设提供基础支撑。混合式教学通过整合数据资源、应用信息技术、释放高校资源方式,促进高等教育逐步实现数字化升级、有效提升智慧化水平、加快建设学习型社会。教育部为高等学历继续教育改革指明了方向,其中,优化高校办学形式、创新教育教学模式、共建共享数字资源、教育教学在线监测为混合式教学应用提供制度基础、价值认证、资源配套和效果保障。在高等学历继续教育改革背景下,混合式教学应从教学目标分解、教学步骤安排、教学评价优化、课程思政融入、系统韧性强化等五个方面展开优化设计。As an important component of China’s national education system,continuing education for higher education provides the foundation and support for the construction of a learning society and a learning country.Blended teaching promotes the development of higher education in realizing digital upgrade,enhancing the level of intelligence,and building a learning society,by way of integrating data resources,applying information technology and releasing university resources.The Chinese Ministry of Education has pointed out the direction for the reform of continuing education for higher education.The optimization of the form of school-running,innovation of education model,co-construction and sharing of digital resources,and on-line monitoring of teaching,provide institutional foundation,value certification,resource support,and guarantee of the effectiveness of blended teaching.In the context of reforming continuing education for higher education,the design of blended teaching should be optimized in terms of decomposing teaching objectives,arranging teaching steps,optimizing teaching evaluation,emphasizing ideological and political education in curriculum,and improving system resilience.
