摘　　要：教学能力是教师专业素质的重要组成部分,对高校教师的发展起着关键作用。近年来,我国高校教师教学能力培训模式面临着课程设置不合理、培训形式单一、培训内容和方法陈旧等问题。为促进教师教学能力的提升,需要根据高校教师教学能力培训的内在需求,构建高校教师教学能力培养的培训模式,即采用“分层分类”的课程设置模式、“以师带徒”的技能培养模式、“集中培训+分散指导”的研修模式和“持续跟踪”的评估模式,建立专业化、个性化的高校教师教学能力培养培训体系,从而提升高校教师的专业素养和教学水平。Teaching abilities are important components of teachers’professional quality and plays a crucial role in the development of university teachers.In recent years,the model of training university teachers’teaching abilities in China is faced with problems such as unreasonable curriculum design,a single training form,and outdated training content and methods.In order to promote teachers’teaching abilities,it is necessary to construct a training model based on the inherent needs,in a“layered classification”curriculum setting model,a“teacher-apprentice”skill training model,a“centralized training+decentralized guidance”study model,and a“continuous tracking”evaluation model,and to establish a professional and personalized training system,in order to enhance their professional literacy and teaching level.
