摘 要:大学生转专业政策是我国高校一项重要的人才培养制度,不仅是高校人才培养制度的改革,也体现了“以人为本”的学生发展观。文章以白城师范学院为个案,在分析转专业学生的学习适应、人际关系适应、能力发展适应的基础上,对转专业政策进行了反思。研究结果表明:转专业学生能力发展适应水平较低,大多数学生转专业原因是基于兴趣和就业情况的考量,农村学生的专业适应性明显低于城市学生,对新专业比较了解的学生的学习行为更为积极。基于以上结论提出相应建议,以期为转专业政策的进一步完善提供参考。The policy of college students changing majors is an important talent training system in Chinese colleges and universities.It is not only a reform of the talent training system in colleges and universities,but also reflects the concept of“people-oriented”.This paper takes Baicheng Normal University as a case,and on the basis of analyzing the students' learning adaptation,interpersonal adaptation and ability development adaptation,reflects on the policy of changing majors.The research results show that the ability development adaptation level of students who change majors is low.Most students change majors because of their interest and employment situation.The adaptability of rural students to majors is obviously lower than that of urban students,and students who know more about new majors are more active in learning.Based on the above conclusions,some suggestions are put forward to provide reference for the further improvement of the policy of changing majors.
