涉外法治人才培养目标下国际经济法课程的“加与减”

摘  要:习近平法治思想对涉外法治人才培养提出了更高要求,国际经济法课程的建设意义也由此提到新高度。当前,该课程教学课时明显不足,教学重点分布不均,教学方法相对单一。对此,可考虑对该课程一方面做“加法”,即试行双学期制教学,并融入多种教学方法,另一方面做“减法”,即压缩非“国际”的比较法内容,并回避与其他课程的重叠部分。改革思路着眼于教学资源整体效益最大化,使该课程凸显全球化思维,更好地服务于培养高素质涉外法治人才的目标。Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law has put forward higher requirements for the cultivation of foreign-related rule-of-law talent,and thesignificance of the construction of international economic law course has thus been raised to a new height.At present,the teaching hours of this course are obviously insufficient and the teaching focus is unevenly distributed.Further,the teaching methods are relatively monotonous.In this regard,on one hand,it can be considered that doing“addition”to the course is trying to implement a double-semester teaching system and integrate a variety of teaching methods.On the other hand,doing“subtraction”is to reduce the amount of non“international law-related content”in comparative lawand to avoid overlaps with other courses.The reform idea focuses on maximizing the overall effectiveness of teaching resources,making the course emphasize global thinking,so as to better serve the goal ofcultivating high-quality foreign-related rule of lawtalent.
