对接职业标准的“岗位+课程+证书”三位一体化装备制造类专业课程体系构建的研究

摘  要:在现有高职装备制造类专业课程体系中,存在着人才培养标准与岗位需求存在脱节现象、课程体系结构重理论轻实践和课程体系教学内容老化的问题。针对这些问题,进一步优化“工学交替、能力递进”的人才培养模式,构建了对接职业标准的“岗位+课程+证书”三位一体化装备制造类专业课程体系,校企共建开放共享的智能化教学资源,推动课堂教学革命。In the existing professional curriculum system for equipment manufacturing in higher vocational colleges,there are problems of disconnection between talent training standards and post demand,curriculum system structure emphasizing theory rather than practice,and the aging teaching content of the curriculum system.In response to these problems,the talent training mode of"work-study alternation,ability progression"is optimized,the""post+course+certificate"trinity professional curriculum system for equipment manufacturing related to vocational standards is constructed,the open and shared intelligent teaching resources are jointly built by schools and enterprises,which promote the revolution of classroom teaching.
