摘  要:在这样一个共享经济飞速发展的时代,我国在教育领域的改革成了必然,“共享教育理念”应运而生。如何提高高职院校对新时代人才培养的能力特别是思政工作质量体系的完善,形成全员全过程全方位育人的格局,推动三全育人的落实?唯有转变教育理念,提高高职院校各部门、各参与者具有“共享教育理念”的意识与觉悟,才能实现全员育人模式的落实;需要我们通过“共享教育思想、观念和方法”“共享各类优质资源”和“共享平台”来完成学校培养合格接班人和建设者的任务;最后,全方位育人模式的落实更需要发挥“共享教育理念”实现协同育人。In such an era of rapid development of the sharing economy,China's reform in the field of education has become inevitable,and the""concept of shared education"has come into being.How to improve the ability of higher vocational colleges and universities to cultivate talents in the new era,especially the improvement of the quality system of ideological and political work,form a pattern of all-round education of all-round education of the whole staff and the whole process,and promote the implementation of the three all-round education?Only by changing the concept of education and improving the awareness and awareness of all departments and participants of higher vocational colleges and universities with the concept of""sharing education concept"can the implementation of the model of all-staff education be realized.We need to complete the task of cultivating qualified successors and builders in schools by""sharing educational ideas,concepts and methods","sharing various high-quality resources"and"sharing platforms".Finally,the implementation of the all-round education model needs to give full play to the""shared education concept"to achieve collaborative education.
