摘　　要：习近平总书记强调:“要教育引导全党大力发扬红色传统、传承红色基因,赓续共产党人精神血脉,始终保持革命者的大无畏奋斗精神,鼓起迈进新征程、奋进新时代的精气神。”精神是我们努力奋斗的精气神,孔繁森精神是孔繁森在援藏实践中凝聚而成的精神力量,彰显了孔繁森的人生目的、人生态度、人生价值,为新时代大学生提供了价值引领。新时代呼唤“四有新人”。当今时代多元价值观冲突,各种不良思想文化兴起,大学生的价值取向受到严重的冲击。孔繁森精神为我们正确的人生价值指引了方向,大学生要在孔繁森精神的传承下,把握高尚的人生追求、精准定位自己的社会角色、丰富人生价值的内在精神,做好时代的答卷人。General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed:"We should educate and guide the whole Party to vigorously carry forward the red tradition,inherit the red gene,continue the spirit of Communists,always maintain the fearless struggle spirit of revolutionaries,and summon up the spirit to step forward on a new journey and forge ahead in the new era."The spirit is the spirit of our hard work,and the Kong Fansen Spirit is the spiritual strength condensed by Kong Fansen in the practice of assisting Tibet.It highlights Kong Fansen's life purpose,attitude and value of life,and provides value guidance for college students in the new era.The new era calls for"youngsters with four virtues".In the present era,with the conflict of multiple values and the rise of various bad ideas and cultures,the value orientation of college students has been seriously impacted.Kong Fansen Spirit has guided the direction of our correct life value.Under the inheritance of Kong Fansen Spirit,college students should grasp the noble pursuit of life,accurately position their own social role,enrich the inner spirit of life value,and do a good job of the times.
