摘  要:随着职业教育现代化水平的发展,课堂教学改革成为职业教育发展的重要突破口,而混合式教学又是课堂教学改革的重要模式。探索学生学习动机激励机制,激发学生的内驱力,有助于增强教学活力,提高职业教育质量。本文在ARCS动机模型视角下进行大学语文混合式教学探索,以辛弃疾《摸鱼儿》一课为例,阐述在具体教学实践中,如何从“注意力、相关性、自信心、满足感”四要素来激发和维持学习动机,以期对大学语文教学改革实践提供有益参考。With the development of the modernization level of vocational education,classroom teaching reform has become an important breakthrough in the development of vocational education,and mixed teaching is an important mode of classroom teaching reform.Exploring the incentive mechanism of students'learning motivation and stimulating students'drive helps to enhance teaching vitality and improve the quality of vocational education.This paper explores the mixed teaching of college Chinese from the perspective of ARCS motivation model.Taking the lesson of teaching Xin Qiji's work"The Boy Catching the Fish"as an example,this paper expounds how to stimulate and maintain the learning motivation from the four elements of"attention,relevance,self-confidence and satisfaction"in the concrete teaching practice,in order to provide useful reference for the reform practice of college Chinese teaching.
