摘 要:传统工业电炉变电站火灾探测及定位系统由于参数融合效果差,导致探测精度不高,提出基于烟雾探测器的工业电炉变电站火灾探测及定位系统。设计探测定位系统硬件部分,主要功能模块为传感探测模块、信息处理模块、报警执行模块等部分。软件设计中,引入神经网络算法,设计工业电炉变电站火灾探测及定位方法,通过L-M算法优化探测及定位方法,综合识别出存在火灾与否和位置,实现火灾的探测和定位。实验结果表明,该系统探测和定位火灾的精确率在97.5%以上,最高时延为7min,因此,其抗干扰能力强,探测与定位精度高。The traditional fire detection and location system for industrial electric furnace substation has poor detection accuracy due to poor pa-rameter fusion effect.A fire detection and location system for industrial electric furnace substation based on smoke detector is proposed.The hardware of detection and positioning system is designed.The main functional modules are sensor detection module,information processing module,alarm execution module and so on.In the software design,the neural network algorithm is introduced to design the fire detection and location method of industrial electric furnace substation.The L-M algorithm is used to optimize the detection and location method,comprehen-sively identify whether there is a fire and the location,and realize the fire detection and location.The experimental results show that the accu-racy of fire detection and location is over 97.5%and the maximum time delay is 7 min.Therefore,the system has strong anti-interference a-bility and high detection and location accuracy.
