摘　　要：针对高等医学院校有机化学实验教学中教学方法单一、实验时间和场地受限、纸版实验报告存储不便、无法精确了解每一位学生的实验操作掌握程度等问题,构建了基于虚拟仿真的“虚实结合”有机化学实验教学模式,并将虚拟仿真实验应用于课后操作检测。同时,学生可以在虚拟仿真实验平台提交电子版实验报告,实现了实验报告的无纸化。教改实践证明,“虚实结合”有机化学实验教学模式可以有效提高教学质量,激发学生学习兴趣,提高学生动手能力。In view of the problems in organic chemistry experiment teaching in medical colleges and universities,such as single teaching method,limited experiment time and space,inconvenient storage of paper experiment reports,and inability to accurately know the experimental operation of each student,a"combination of virtual and real"organic chemistry experiment teaching mode based on virtual simulation was constructed,and the virtual simulation experiment was applied to the after class operation detection.At the same time,students can submit electronic experimental reports on the virtual simulation experiment platform to achieve paperless experimental reports.The teaching reform practice has proved that the organic chemistry experiment teaching mode of"combination of virtual and real"can effectively improve the teaching quality,stimulate students′learning interest,and improve students′practical ability.
