乡村振兴下中小川酒企业发展的机遇及路径研究

摘　　要：白酒生产企业是典型的涉农企业,在乡村振兴中将大有可为。散布于乡村的中小白酒企业,更是迎来了发展的乡村振兴机遇。该研究以中小川酒企业为例,在分析其面临的发展困境及乡村振兴机遇的基础上,通过问卷数据研究发现,中小川酒企业的发展行为与其对乡村振兴政策的了解程度之间的关系不显著(P>0.05),没有很好地把握住乡村振兴所带来的发展机遇。而融资困难、技术有待改进、产品同质化会促使企业积极进行发展转变,缺乏创新人才、无自有品牌、销售渠道单一、原料不足则阻碍了企业产生新的发展行为。最后,提出了乡村振兴背景下中小川酒企业发展的创新路径,对该类企业抓住乡村振兴机遇获得进一步发展具有借鉴意义。Baijiu production enterprises are typical agriculture-related enterprises,which has great potential in rural revitalization.Small and medium-sized Baijiu enterprises scattered in the countryside have ushered in the development of rural revitalization opportunities.Taking small and medium-sized Sichuan Baijiu enterprises as an example,based on the analysis of their development difficulties and rural revitalization opportunities,the questionnaire data was found that there was no significant relationship between the development behavior of small and medium-sized Sichuan Baijiu enterprises and their understanding of rural revitalization policies(P>0.05),and they did not grasp the development opportunities brought by rural revitalization.However,financing difficulties,technology to be improved and product homogenization would promote enterprises to actively develop and change,while lack of innovative talents,no private brand,single sales channels and insufficient raw materials would hinder enterprises from generating new development behaviors.Finally,the innovation path of small and medium-sized Sichuan Baijiu enterprises under the background of rural revitalization was put forward,which had reference significance for this kind of enterprises to obtain further development.
