摘  要:白酒旅游是近年来在白酒产业与旅游产业转型升级发展需要双力驱动的作用下,产生的一种新型旅游业态。在众多白酒企业、白酒产区政府、白酒消费者及酒文化爱好者的合力推动下,白酒旅游近年来得到了长足的发展。但目前业界与学界对白酒旅游资源及其评价体系仍缺乏深入的研究,致使白酒旅游在开发过程中缺乏科学的指导标准。该研究采用层次分析法(AHP),从白酒旅游资源的资源价值、资源特性及开发条件三个方面,选取白酒旅游资源的27个指标,构建了白酒旅游资源评价体系,计算各层次指标权重并建立评价模型。并选取贵州省仁怀市进行实际评价,结果表明,贵州省仁怀市具备丰富的白酒旅游资源,且资源价值、资源特性和开发条件都有上佳的表现,适合发展白酒旅游产业。Baijiu tourism is a new type of tourism that has emerged in recent years under the dual force of the need to transform and upgrade the development of the Baijiu industry and the tourism industry.With the concerted efforts of many Baijiu enterprises,Baijiu-producing area governments,Baijiu consumers and Baijiu culture enthusiasts,Baijiu tourism has developed significantly in recent years.However,there is still a lack of in-depth research on Baijiu tourism resources and its evaluation system in the industry and academia field,resulting in a lack of scientific guidance standards in the development process of Baijiu tourism.The study adopted the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)algorithm to select 27 indicators of Baijiu tourism resources from three aspects:resource value,resource characteristics and development conditions.An evaluation system for Baijiu tourism resources was constructed,and the weights of indicators at each level was calculated and an evaluation model was established.Renhuai City of Guizhou Province was selected for actual evaluation.The results showed that Renhuai City of Guizhou Province had abundant Baijiu tourism resources,and the resource value,resource characteristics and development conditions had a good performance,which was suitable for the development of Baijiu tourism industry.
