摘  要:从“立德树人”理念视角,借鉴现有研究成果,基于CIPP模型拟定公共管理类本科课程教学质量评价指标框架,结合德尔菲法遴选具体评价指标,并运用层次分析法(AHP)确定指标权重,最终构建出公共管理类本科课程教学质量评价指标体系。研究认为:过程性评价在公共管理类课程质量评价中具有重要作用;教学理念和教学内容是课程教学质量提升的关键因素;评价指标设置应体现“立德树人”教育理念和公共管理学科建设的时代要求。From the perspective of the concept of"establishing morality and cultivating students",drawing on the existing research results,based on the CIPP model,the evaluation index framework of the teaching quality of undergraduate courses in public management is drawn up,the specific evaluation index is selected by combining the Delphi method,and the weight of the index is determined by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and finally the evaluation index system of the teaching quality of undergraduate courses in public management is constructed.The research believes that process evaluation plays an important role in the quality evaluation of public management courses;The teaching idea and teaching content are the key factors to improve the teaching quality of the course;The setting of evaluation indicators should reflect the educational concept of"establishing morality and cultivating students"and the requirements of the times for the construction of public management discipline.
