青海农牧区职业教育发展面临的现实困境研究

摘　　要：加快农牧区职业教育发展,对于提升当地劳动力技能和素质,加快推进农牧区经济社会发展,具有十分重要的意义。进入新世纪以来,青海农牧区职业教育在各级政府和部门的共同努力下,不断进行探索和改革,取得了较快的发展,然而取得成绩的同时,也存在职业教育需求低迷、办学条件不足、体制机制不完善、专业设置不合理、师资短缺等诸多现实问题,在一定程度上制约了职业教育的发展。通过对青海农牧区职业教育发展的实地调查,剖析了存在的现实困境,并提出相应的对策建议。Accelerating the development of vocational education in agricultural and pastoral areas is of great importance.This helps to improve local labor skills and quality,while also helping to accelerate the economic and social development.Since the beginning of the new century,vocational education in Qinghai agricultural and pastoral areas has been explored and reformed with the joint efforts of governments and departments at all levels,and has achieved rapid development.Along with the achievements,there are also some practical problems,such as low demand for vocational education,insufficient school conditions,imperfect institutional mechanism,unreasonable specialty setting,and shortage of teachers.To a certain extent,these problems have restricted the development of vocational education.Based on a field survey,this paper analyzes the practical difficulties and proposes corresponding countermeasures on the development of vocational education in Qinghai agricultural and pastoral areas.
