摘 要:新信息技术发展带来的信息生态环境的变异,如何将信息技术压力转化为能给企业带来独特竞争优势的信息资源和信息能力,是企业数字化转型成功的关键。从信息生态系统可持续发展的结构视角,借鉴挑战性—阻碍性信息技术压力二分法的思想,将个体信息技术能力和团队信息技术能力同时引入分析框架,构建了信息技术压力分析模型,以此解释数字化转型背景下信息技术压力的产生机理及作用过程。在此基础上,应用大数据清洗及实地访谈、网络数据采集与问卷调查法相结合,研究信息技术压力的形成及其对员工创造力的不同影响。结果表明,信息技术压力产生于个体和团队信息能力与外部信息生态环境的复杂交互过程;挑战性信息技术压力对个体和团队信息能力起到明显的增强与正向作用;外部环境压力与组织及个体的信息能力呈现互利互惠发展趋势。The arrival of the new crown pneumonia epidemic has forced organizations to implement technology transforming,iterating and system rebuilding,both output and work life in business.The core issues in digitization processes(DP)that all organizations are being confronted with currently are ITS.Knowledge overload and revolutionary pressure in digitizing technology have reconstructed traditional working mode including the mutation of the information ecosystem,and led to increased works by fragmented time,mental strain,excess stimulation from exercise and cognitive fatigue among employees.Therefore,this study believes that,as the wide use of IT and the change of its role in enterprise,traditional definition of techno-stress has been unable to accurately explain its connotation in current enterprise information ecological environment.Based on the perspective of the sustainable development of enterprise information ecosystem,this study suggests that ITS is an adaptive and stress response of individuals caused by the new IT reform within the organization to adapt to the change of external technical environment.Among which,challenge techno-stress(CTS)can increase one's performance and her/his sense of accomplishment in the process of learning and use of IT,and hindrance techno-stress(HTS)will interfere with or hinder one's performance and personal goals.It is the key to successful digital transformation,that how to transform ITS into information resources and information capabilities,giving organizations a unique competitive advantage by the way.Based on sustainable development of the information ecosystem,analysis model of ITS is constructed.Introducing the idea of challenging-hindering ITS dichotomy,and adding both individual IT capability and team IT capability,the analysis model explained the mechanism of ITS generating chain and the process in DP.According to researching aim in early stage and situation of actual interviews,ITS was refined into six factors:workload and performance assessment factor,life stress factors
