收入与收入满意度对图书馆员工作满意度的影响研究

摘　　要：收入作为一种会随着员工及组织的发展而变动的激励因素,是员工参加工作最重要的动机之一,收入满意度则代表员工对收入的主观感受。收入与收入满意度是影响工作满意度的重要因素。文章在运用大样本量问卷调查图书馆员工作满意度的基础上,进一步探究图书馆员收入、收入满意度与工作满意度之间的关系。研究发现,对大部分图书馆员来说,收入对工作满意度的影响并不显著,但收入满意度对工作满意度的影响非常显著。As an incentive factor that changes with the development of employees and organizations,income is one of the most important motivations for employees to participate in work.Income satisfaction represents employees'subjective feelings about income.Income and income satisfaction are important factors affecting job satisfaction.On the basis of using a large sample questionnaire to investigate librarian's job satisfaction,this paper further explores the relationship between librarian's income,income satisfaction and job satisfaction.The results show that for most librarians,the effect of income on job satisfaction is not significant,but the effect of income satisfaction on job satisfaction is very significant.
