摘  要:目的探讨基于“互联网+”的AHA国际认证课程在心肺复苏教学中的应用效果。方法随机选择2020级2个班,其中49名学生作为对照组,实施传统教学模式;48名学生为研究组,在心肺复苏教学过程中开展AHA国际认证课程。课后通过问卷调查法对自主学习能力、教学效果进行评价,课程结束后比较两组学生理论和技能成绩。结果观察组学生的操作成绩高于对照组(P<0.001),其CPR理论及操作成绩优秀率均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的学生经过培训后自主学习能力提高,自我管理能力、信息能力和学习合作能力均高于对照组(P<0.05);对该教学模式的总体满意度达到了93.8%,说明在该教学模式中,学生积极地参与教学(85.4%),很好地掌握技能(91.2%),对学习效果感到满意。结论基于“互联网+”的AHA国际认证课程在心肺复苏教学有利于学生参与课堂教学,提高知识与技能水平,对学生的自主学习能力有促进作用。Objective To explore the application effect of“Internet+”based AHA international certificated course in CPR teaching.Methods Two classes of grade 2020 were randomly selected,of which 49 students who were enrolled the control group adopted the traditional teaching mode,48 students who were selected in the research group received the AHA international certificated course in the course of CPR teaching.After class,the independent learning ability and teaching effect were evaluated through the questionnaire survey method.After the course,the theoretical and skill scores of the two groups were compared.Results The operation performance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.001),and the CPR theory and the excellence rate of operation performance were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The autonomous learning ability of the observation group had been improved,and self-management ability,information ability and learning cooperation ability were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction with the teaching mode reached 93.8%,indicating that the students actively participated in teaching(85.4%),mastered skills(91.2%),and were satisfied with the learning effect.Conclusions The AHA international certificated course based on“Internet+”that applied in CPR teaching is conducive to students'participation in classroom teaching,which can improve their knowledge and skills,and promote students'independent learning ability.
