摘　　要：西奥菲勒斯·奥克雷毕生致力于运用诠释学法则对非洲文化进行诠释和宣传,倡导非洲哲学“自我”以彰显非洲人民的自主精神,并为解决当今世界问题贡献非洲智慧。该思想的主要内容包括非洲哲学根植于非洲独特的文化,是世界哲学的重要内容;非洲哲学以非文本为主要存在和传承形式,必须予以尊重;非洲哲学的集体主义等智慧有助于应对当今世界发展难题等六个方面。该思想既有促进非洲哲学界自我觉醒、探索地方哲学走向世界的路径等重要价值,也存在过于强调“传统”“本土”而轻视现代科技、文化等错误倾向。奥克雷关于非洲哲学“自我”的思想和行动启示我们,中国哲学界应加强对非洲哲学的研究,还应始终坚持人民至上、坚持问题导向,并在与世界哲学的交流互鉴中获得创新发展。Theophilus Okere has devoted his life to interpreting and promoting African culture using hermeneutic principles,advocating the African philosophical"self"to highlight the autonomy of African people,and contributing African wisdom to solving contemporary world problems.The main contents of the idea include the following six aspects:African philosophy is rooted in the unique culture of Africa and is an important content of world philosophy;African philosophy,with non-textual as its main form of existence and transmission,must be respected;The collectivism and other wisdom of African philosophy help to deal with the development problems of contemporary world,and so on.This thought not only has important values such as promoting the self-awakening of African philosophical circles and exploring the path of local philosophy to the world,but also has a wrong tendency to overemphasize"tradition"and"locality"and underestimate modern science and technology and culture.Okere's thoughts and actions on the"self"of African philosophy enlighten us that the Chinese philosophical community should strengthen the study of African philosophy,always adhere to the people's supremacy and the problem orientation,and achieve innovative development in exchanges and mutual learning with world philosophy.
