摘  要:幼儿期是交往习惯培养和交往意识形成的萌发期和关键期。良好的人际交往能力对幼儿身心发展、适应社会具有积极且重要的作用。随着思维的成长、体力发展的完善,幼儿规则意识逐渐萌芽,想象力变得丰富,开始具备伙伴交往的学习条件,产生同伴交往的需求和意识。因此,幼儿自身需获得交往的方法和手段,教育者应针对幼儿同伴交往的类型和常用策略,确定教育目标,分析教育问题,通过言传身教、实践感受等方式培养幼儿积极豁达、乐观向上、善于交往的品格。Early childhood is the germination stage and critical period of the cultivation of communication habits and the formation of communication consciousness.Good interpersonal skills play a positive and important role in children's physical and mental development and social adaptation.With the growth of thinking and the improvement of physical development,young children's consciousness of rules sprouts gradually,and their imagination becomes rich.They begin to have the learning conditions for peer communication,and generate the need and awareness of it.Therefore,children themselves need to acquire communication methods and means.According to the types and common strategies of young children's peer communication,educators should determine educational objectives,analyze educational problems,and cultivate their positive,open-minded,optimistic,and sociable characters through words and deeds,practical feelings,and so forth.
