摘 要:眼眶手术是对先天畸形、外伤及肿瘤等所致眼眶疾病需要进行手术治疗的学科,专业病种多、病因复杂、病情表现多样、疑难疾病多、手术治疗难度大、并发症多、涉及颌面外科及耳鼻喉科等多个学科,对患者的外观、视力甚至生命安全造成严重威胁。随着微创外科手术观念的进步以及前沿技术的创新,手术机器人在眼科的应用快速发展,在眼眶外科也有了初步的应用并将逐步增多。本文就当前手术机器人在眼眶外科的应用及发展趋势做一综述,探讨手术机器人在眼眶疾病应用中的优势及不足之处,并对未来的发展方向及前景做出展望。Orbital surgery is a disciplinary speciality that requires surgical treatment for orbital diseases caused by congenital malformations,trauma,and tumors,etc.It’s noted with wide range of diseases,complex etiologies,diverse manifestations,difficult diseases,difficult surgical treatments and many complications.It often involves with maxillofacial surgery,otolaryngology and other disciplines,which poses a serious threats to the appearance,vision and even life safety of the patients.With the progress of the perception of minimally invasive surgery and the innovation of cutting-edge technologies,the application of surgical robots in ophthalmology has developed rapidly with initial applications in orbital surgery and will increase gradually.This article reviews the current application and development trend of surgical robots in orbital surgery with discussions about the advantages and disadvantages of surgical robots in the application of orbital surgery,looking forward to the future development direction and prospects.
