海南自贸港建设背景下高职创新创业教育路径探析

摘　　要：基于海南省高等职业教育质量报告,对海南省高职院校就业创业状况及特点进行梳理,分析了其存在的问题,如管理体制不健全、课程体系不完善、师资力量薄弱、参与程度不深、支持力度欠缺等,提出以完善保障机制、改革课程体系、建设师资队伍、搭建实践平台、强化支持体系等为抓手,提升高职创新创业教育质量的建议。Based on the report on the quality of higher vocational education in Hainan Province,this paper sorts out and analyzes the entrepreneurial status and characteristics of Hainan vocational colleges,analyzes their existing problems,such as incomplete management system,incomplete curriculum system,weak teaching staff,insufficient participation,and insufficient support.Suggestions are proposed to improve the guarantee mechanism,reform the curriculum system,build a teaching staff,build a practical platform,and strengthen the support system,Suggestions for improving the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education in vocational colleges.
