摘 要:高职课程思政教学体系的教育生态学阐释和构建、梳理了“人培方案—课程标准—课程思政教学体系”的生态链,首先,确保了专业课程育人模式的有效机制,避免出现思政元素与专业授课内容脱节;其次,厘清了教育者和受教育者在课程思政中的生态位关系,明确学生在课程思政教学体系中处于主体地位,教师是课程思政的引导者,各自发挥其生态位功能;最后,辨析教学生态中物质环境、组织环境和精神环境的主要限制因子,优化因子间相互联系和协作发展,构建良好的生态教学环境。From the perspectives of educational ecology,the explanation and construction of curriculum ideological and political education teaching system in higher vocational schools firstly help to build an ecological chain of“talents training program-curriculum standards-curriculum ideological and political education teaching system”to ensure the effective mechanism of teaching ideological and political elements in major courses;secondly,the construction of curriculum ideological and political education teaching system clarifies the different roles of students as the center and teachers as the instructors in the teaching system;finally,the system discriminates different limiting factors in material,organizing and spiritual environments so as to balance and optimize the interaction and mutual developments of different factors in the teaching system.
