摘 要:随着职业本科的法理地位确立,其当前阶段发展的主要任务是建立属于自己的教学质量评价体系。职业本科建立教学质量评价体系的意义在于加快自身教学学术标准的确立和实施,防止职业本科学术漂移;同时把高技术技能人才的培养目标进行细化并建立教学质量评价机制,保障职业本科人才培养质量。职业本科教学质量评价体系的主要特征:评价主体的多元化,由政府主导职业本科教学质量评价体系的顶层设计,企业确立目标导向,职教科研机构制定内容细节;在评价内容上体现综合化和高端化特征;在评价模式上体现交叉化特征。职业本科教学质量评价体系由教学内容质量评价标准、教学模式质量评价标准、教师教学质量评价标准和教学平台资源质量评价标准四个部分组成。With the establishment of the juridical status of the vocational undergraduate program,the main task of its current stage of development is to establish a teaching quality evaluation system of its own.The signif⁃icance of establishing a teaching quality evaluation system for vocational undergraduate programs is to acceler⁃ate the establishment and implementation of academic standards for vocational undergraduate teaching and to prevent academic drift of vocational undergraduate programs.At the same time,the objectives of cultivating highly technical and skilled talents are refined and a teaching quality evaluation mechanism is established to guarantee the quality of vocational undergraduate talent cultivation.The main features of the vocational under⁃graduate teaching quality evaluation system are:1)the diversification of evaluation subjects,with the govern⁃ment leading the top-level design of the vocational undergraduate teaching quality evaluation system,enterpris⁃es establishing the target orientation,and VET research institutions formulating the content details;2)the com⁃prehensive and high-end features in the evaluation content;3)the cross-cutting features in the evaluation mode.The content of the vocational undergraduate teaching quality evaluation system mainly includes the teach⁃ing content quality evaluation standard,teaching mode quality evaluation standard,teacher teaching quality evaluation standard,and teaching platform resource quality evaluation standard.
