摘  要:发展职业本科教育是适应经济社会发展和完善现代职业教育体系的必然选择。近年来,职业本科教育在实践探索中前行,但也伴随着被社会“鄙视”“质疑”甚至“抵制”的困境。根据社会学新制度主义的观点,作为“新进入者”的职业本科教育面临的困境实质上是“合法性不足”困境,即其“合法性”在多个维度上尚缺乏充分且稳固的基础,这是“合法性机制”作用的结果。“合法性”既是一种重要的资源,更是一种结构化的信念机制和观念力量,其是职业本科教育生存和发展的逻辑基础。因此,推进“合法性”整体性形塑,并转化为结构性制度力量,是从根本上保证职业本科教育行稳致远的基本立场和路径。Developing vocational undergraduate education is an inevitable choice to adapt to the economic and social development and improve the modern vocational education system.In recent years,vocational undergraduate education is moving forward in practice and exploration,but it is also accompanied by the dilemma of being“despised”,“doubed”and even“resisted”by the society.According to the new institutionalism of sociology,as a“new entrant”,the vocational undergraduate education is confronted with dilemma,which is the dilemma of“insufficient legitimacy”in essence,that is,its“legitimacy”is still lack of sufficient and stable foundation in many dimensions,which is the result of the function of“legitimacy mechanism”.“Legitimacy”is not only an important resource,but also a structured belief mechanism and concept power,so it is the logical basis for the survival and development of vocational undergraduate education.Therefore,to promote the overall shaping of“legitimacy”and transform it into a structural institutional force is the basic stance and path to ensure the stability and long-term development of vocational undergraduate education.
