新世纪以来我国德育政策话语的分析——基于对118个德育政策文本的考察

摘　　要：新世纪以来,在党和国家颁布的德育政策中存在着系列富有中国特色与中国风格的德育政策话语。研究选取2000—2022年国家颁布的相关德育政策,对文本中的政策话语进行词频统计、绘制共现词网络关系图谱与编码分析等。基于德育政策话语的价值导向、培养目标、教育内容与实施途径等维度,系统梳理新世纪以来德育政策话语的变革与发展。研究发现,德育政策话语把握正确的立场方向,紧跟时代发展趋向而创造出诸多创新性话语;在原有话语基础上渐趋细化深化发展,并越来越强调体系化与系统化。德育政策话语具有重要的战略性价值,在未来应进一步发挥其引领、指导与协调作用,以此有效地推进德育工作,保障我国德育事业的长远发展。Since the new century,there have been a series of moral education policy discourses with Chinese characteristics and style in the moral education policies promulgated by the Party and the state.This study selected relevant moral education policies issued by the country from 2000 to 2022,and conducted word frequency statistics,network relationship mapping of co-occurring words,and coding analysis of the policy discourses in the texts.Based on the dimensions of value orientation,cultivation objectives,educational content,and implementation approaches in moral education policy discourse,combined with the social historical context and the background of era development,the changes and developments of moral education policy discourse since the new century were systematically reviewed and sorted out.It was found that moral education policy discourse has grasped the correct position direction,created many innovative discourses in line with the development trend of the times,and gradually deepened and refined the development on the basis of the original discourse,emphasizing the systematization and institutionalization.Moral education policy discourse has important strategic value and should further play its role in guiding,directing,and coordinating,effectively promoting moral education work and promoting the long-term development of China’s moral education cause.
