阳光体育理念与高校跆拳道教学的融合发展研究

摘　　要：阳光体育理念由教育部、国家体育总局、共青团中央联合提出,在全国高中小学校的助力下快速地发展。借助智能化教学措施,促进阳光体育和高校跆拳道教学的融合,能够保证二者目标的一致性,促进学生跆拳道技能水平发展,显著提升高校跆拳道教育实践效果。因此,文章简单概述阳光体育的背景,探究高校跆拳道教学实施阳光体育的价值和意义,分析阳光体育视域下跆拳道教学的现状,并提出提升跆拳道教学效果的优化策略,促进跆拳道阳光体育落实,希望能够为高校跆拳道教学智慧化、可持续化发展做出一定贡献。The concept of“Sunshine Sports”was jointly proposed by the Ministry of Education,the General Administration of Sport of the State and the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League,and developed rapidly with the help of high schools and primary schools across the country.By means of intelligent teaching measures,promoting the integration of sunshine sports and college Taekwondo teaching can ensure the consistency of the two goals,promote the development of students’taekwondo skill level,and significantly improve the practical effect of college taekwondo education.Therefore,this paper briefly summarizes the background of sunny sports,explores the value and significance of the implementation of sunny sports in taekwondo teaching in colleges and universities,analyzes the current situation of taekwondo teaching in the perspective of sunny sports,And put forward the optimization strategy to improve the effect of Taekwondo teaching and implement the practice of Taekwondo sunshine physical education,hoping to make certain contributions to the intelligent and sustainable development of taekwondo teaching in colleges and universities.
