摘　　要：以学生为中心的教学理念是目前全世界所倡导的主流理念。混合式教学作为互联网+时代的教学模式,能够更好地实现这一理念。针对以学生为中心的教学理念实践改革中遇到的阻力,该研究引入轻度混合式教学模式,以渐进式地方式实现这一理念。分别从以学生发展、学生学习、学习效果为中心的角度,阐述课程思政建设、课前导学资料制作、优化效果反馈策略方面实施的具体改革措施。教学实践证明,轻度混合式教学能够较好地解决目前学生学习中较为突出的问题,是实现以学生为中心教学理念的一种可行性方法。The teaching concept of student-centered is the mainstream idea advocated all over the world at present.As the teaching mode in the Internet+era,blended teaching can realize this concept better.In view of the resistance encountered in the practice of the reform process of the student-centered teaching concept,this study introduces the mildly blended teaching mode to realize this concept in a gradual way.From the perspective of student development,student learning and learning effect,the paper expounds the concrete reform measures in the aspects of curriculum ideological and political construction,preparation of pre-class guidance materials and optimization effect feedback strategy.Teaching practice has proved that mildly blended teaching can solve the outstanding problems in students'learning better,and is a feasible method to realize the student-centered teaching concept.
