摘  要:目的将六步标准沟通流程应用于护理实习带教中,探讨其应用效果。方法将本科护理实习生分成实验组与对照组,对照组应用传统带教模式,实验组应用六步标准沟通流程。利用评价量表进行数据收集。结果带教后期实验组临床沟通能力自我评价明显高于带教初期,综合能力自我评价、患者满意度评价均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论六步标准沟通流程应用于护理实习带教,能提高护生沟通能力和综合能力,提升患者满意度,改善带教效果。Objective To apply the six-step standard communication process in nursing internship teaching and explore its application effect.Methods The undergraduate nursing interns were divided into experimental group and control group,with the control group applying the traditional teaching mode and the experimental group applying the six-step standard communication process.Evaluation scales were used for date collection.Results The self-evaluation of clinical communication ability in the experimental group in the later stage of preceptorship was significantly higher than that in the early stage,and the self-evaluation of comprehensive ability and patient satisfaction were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the six-step standard communication process in nursing preceptorship.
