摘　　要：医学基础研究技术课程是一门面向医学研究生的涵盖分子生物学技术、组织细胞培养技术、组织化学与免疫组化技术等综合一体的整合课程。为提高整合效果,课程的内容和教学模式被进一步优化,实验内容以基因的结构与功能研究进程为主线,贴近临床科研实践,突出其多学科的内在联系,以期待夯实医学研究生基础实验技术能力,提高其科研思维及实践创新能力,为将来临床科研工作打下良好基础。The course of basic research technology of medicine is a comprehensive integration course for medical graduate students,including molecular biology technology,tissue cell culture technology,histochemistry and immunohistochemistry technology.In order to improve the integration effect,the content and teaching mode of the course have been further optimized.The experimental contents are based on the research process of gene structure and function,closed to clinical scientific research practice,and highlighted the internal relations among disciplines.It will consolidate the basic experimental technology ability of medical graduate students and improving their scientific research thinking and practical innovation ability.It will lay a good foundation for the clinical research in future.
