基于翻转课堂的经管类综合实验教学模式设计

摘　　要：综合实验教学是培养经管类学生实践能力和创新能力的重要举措,受到越来越多高校的重视。随着教育教学改革的深入,经管类综合实验教学也从外延式发展逐渐步入内涵式发展阶段,如何改进实验教学方法、激发学生自主学习、提升实验教学质量成为研究重点。翻转课堂打破了传统以教师为中心的教学模式,以学生为中心,促进学生自主学习,提高教学效果。针对传统经管类综合实验教学中存在的问题,提出基于翻转课堂的改进型教学模式。以ERP沙盘模拟课程为例进行了教学模式的设计、实施、验证,结果表明:基于翻转课堂改进的教学模式提高了经管类综合实验教学的效果和质量。Comprehensive experimental teaching is an important measure to cultivate students’practical ability and innovation ability.More and more colleges and universities attach importance to it.With the deepening of education and teaching reform,the comprehensive experimental teaching of economics and management has gradually stepped into the stage of innovative development.How to improve the experimental teaching methods,stimulate students’autonomous learning,improve the quality of experimental teaching has become the focus of research.Flipped classroom breaks the traditional teacher centered teaching mode.Taking students as the center,promoting students’autonomous learning and improving teaching effect.In view of the problems existing in the traditional comprehensive experimental teaching of economics and management,an improved teaching mode based on flipped classroom is proposed.Taking ERP sand table simulation course as an example,the new teaching mode is designed,implemented and verified.The results show that:the improved teaching mode based on flipped classroom improves the effect and quality of comprehensive experimental teaching of economics and management.
