摘　　要：实验室安全是保障高校师生生命财产安全,确保教学科研工作顺利开展的基础。分析了近年来高校实验室安全管理现状和问题,结合工作实践中遇到的问题,通过丰富安全的教育方式,倡导实验室安全文化氛围;制定有针对性的实验室安全管理办法,严格执行准入制度;制定操作性强的安全应急预案,完善实验室安全设施;加强固体废弃物分类收集和废液的资源化利用等方面,加强实验室安全工作。希望广大高校实验室技术和管理人员增强安全意识,深入研究实验室安全,为新时代人才培养和高水平大学的建设保驾护航。Laboratory safety is the basis of ensuring the safety of life and property of teachers and students,and the development of teaching and scientific research in universities.The current situation and problems of the laboratory safety work in universities in recent years are analyzed.Combined with laboratory safety management in practice,some suggestions are proposed including:enriching safety education and advocating laboratory safety culture;developing more customized laboratory safety management system and strictly implementing the access system;developing operable safety emergency plan and improving laboratory safety facilities;strengthening the classification and collection of solid waste and the resource utilization of waste liquid,to strengthen laboratory safety management.It is hoped that the technicians and management personnel in universities and colleges to enhance safety awareness,intensively study in the laboratory safety,and ensure the talent training and the construction of high-level university of new era.
