机械学科本科生“质量管理”课程设计与教学研究

摘　　要：面对国家制造业建设、现代化管理以及学生自身发展需求,在机械学科本科专业中开设“质量管理”课程,对提升质量管理意识、加快建设质量强国具有重要的现实意义。然而,“质量管理”作为一门偏经济管理类的课程,在机械学科本科生专业课程讲授时,教学效果不理想,存在理论联系实际深度不足等问题。从标准化思维建立、模块化教学设计和理论实际相结合三个方面开展课程设计与教学研究,期望能够激发学生的学习兴趣,提升课程学习效果。In the face of national manufacturing construction,modern management and students’own development needs,setting up the course of quality management in the undergraduate major of mechanical discipline has important practical significance for improving the awareness of quality management and accelerating the construction of a strong country with high quality.However,“Quality management”is a course that covers much knowledge of economic management.As an undergraduate course of mechanical discipline,there are some problems in teaching,such as poor teaching effect and insufficient depth of integrating theory with practice.This paper carries out course design and teaching research from three aspects:the establishment of standardized thinking,modular teaching design and the combination of theory and practice.It is expected to stimulate students’interest in learning and improve the learning effect.
