疫情背景下《汽车定损与评估》的柔性教学初探

摘　　要：随着汽车行业的发展,汽车后市场的汽车查勘与定损工作人员的需求也在增加。如何高效培养汽车查勘与定损人员是高职学院汽车专业人才培养的重要工作。加之疫情反复,传统的教学方式很难满足变化中的人才培养需要,教学改革迫在眉睫。本文以《汽车定损与评估》课程为例,分析该课程教学现状并提出柔性教学方法,为高职汽车专业的课程教学提供教学方法改进思路。With the development of the automobile industry,the demand for personnel engaged in automobile survey and loss determination in the automobile aftermarket is also increasing.How to efficiently train automobile survey and loss determination personnel is an important task for the training of automobile professionals in higher vocational colleges.In addition,the repeated epidemic situation makes it difficult for traditional teaching methods to meet the changing needs of talent training,and teaching reform is imminent.This paper takes the course"Automobile Loss Assessment"as an example to analyze the current teaching situation of the course and propose flexible teaching methods,so as to provide ideas for improving teaching methods for the course teaching of automobile major in higher vocational colleges.
